After being stamped and confirmed by the brand owner, it shall be verified by the CCPIT, stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and authenticated by the Saudi Embassy in China, to avoid being judged as parallel imports due to non-compliant authorization.
The second is Product Conformity Certification, namely SASO certification, applied through the SABER electronic platform to obtain the COC (Certificate of Conformity). It applies to most branded categories such as electronic appliances, building materials and toys. Some products also need to be affixed with energy efficiency labels. For special categories such as food and cosmetics, additional SFDA certification and sanitary certificates are required to ensure compliance with relevant Saudi standards.

Basic customs clearance documents are also indispensable, including the Certificate of Origin issued by the CCPIT and authenticated by the embassy. Ordinary CO or FTA FORM S can be selected to enjoy tariff preferences; a commercial invoice with detailed information such as brand and model, signed and stamped; a packing list listing packaging, weight and other information, as well as a compliant bill of lading.
