For Ontask’s Middle East door-to-door clearance service, delivery to Saudi addresses without a standard house number is unavailable. Since January 1, 2026, Saudi Arabia’s TGA has enforced the mandatory "National Address" policy; parcels without a valid registered address risk rejection, delays or return.
Previously, deliveries relied on landmarks and phone calls due to Saudi’s imperfect address system. Now, all parcels must have a valid National Address (short address, building number, postcode). Violating carriers face 5,000-50,000 Riyal fines, and non-compliant orders will fail to be delivered.
Chinese exporters must verify the recipient’s 12-digit National Address or 8-digit short address (4 letters + 4 numbers) before shipping. Our Saudi line offers address pre-inspection to ensure compliance and improve delivery rate via local partners like SMSA.

- Ask recipients to register on Absher for a short address code before shipping.
