Door pickup is usually included in the full door-to-door service covering domestic declaration, international shipping, Dubai customs clearance and last-mile delivery. Free pickup is available for qualified volume (e.g. 1 CBM for sea freight, 50kg for air freight), subject to quotation. Cargo must be compliant with complete documents to avoid delays.
